We began by identifying key challenges: the website lacked a clear visual identity, had a very basic structure with no content hierarchy, scattered property information, weak mobile responsiveness, and no effective CTAs or lead-generation system.

The client also wanted a premium, corporate experience similar to Airen Group, which the existing site couldn’t deliver.

To resolve this, we fully redesigned the UI/UX with a high-end, brand-aligned layout, organized the entire navigation structure, and developed professional project pages with detailed overviews, floor plans, amenities, and media sections. We strengthened lead generation using sticky enquiry buttons, call/WhatsApp shortcuts, and quick forms across key pages. The branding was elevated with a refined color palette, modern typography, and consistent iconography, followed by complete mobile optimization for fast, smooth performance. The result is a fully transformed, premium-quality real estate website that enhances credibility, improves user engagement, and drives more inquiries through a well-designed, conversion-focused experience.
